PCI DSS

PCI DSS is a comprehensive security standard that we use to help us proactively protect our customer account data.

The standard includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. It has been developed by the PCI Security Standards Council, who include MasterCard and Visa, to help facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures on a global basis.

We are committed to compliance with PCI DSS even though we do not store your credit card details on our systems. Our compliance ensures your personal data is held to the highest standards, this vastly reduces your risk of identity theft.

Since inception in 2002, Cookability has always adopted excellent systems for data security and our systems are very secure. We are currently migrating our systems and procedures to align them with the highest level of SAQ PCI compliance, the same level required by certified service providers and enterprise-class merchants.
