Estimated Delivery Times and Service Levels
We offer a range of different delivery methods using a number of different companies, estimated transit times are given at checkout but are never guaranteed. However, this is what our delivery partners say:-
Collect in Person
Collect in Person: We will keep the order for you to collect from our retail shop in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire for 2 days. Please message us if you require us to keep it longer than 2 days.
Airmail
EU: Can take over 30 working days but the carrier aims to deliver within the timescales given at checkout once we despatch the goods. We cannot track or redirect items once despatched. The carrier is contracted to deliver to the delivery address, not a specific person. Once the carrier confirms a package lost a claim may take upto 4 weeks. Goods will be resent or refunded on completion of the loss claim. Standard compensation will cover for loss of goods upto £75 approx.
Zone 1: Can take over 30 working days but the carrier aims to deliver within the timescales given at checkout once we despatch the goods, a little longer to some countries. However, Customs may check packages and because of this we have known deliveries to take many months. We cannot track or redirect items once despatched. The carrier is contracted to deliver to the delivery address, not a specific person. There is no compensation for loss or damage with this service.

Global Priority Terms and ConditionsCollect from UK Retail Shop
EXW: We will keep the goods, well packed, at our retail shop in Gloucestershire, UK. The package will have an address label, CN22 Customs Form and four commercial invoices attached. You will be responsible for arranging all aspects of collection, transportation, delivery and insurance. We will notify you when the goods are available for collection.

ExPak1 Congestion: Can take upto 3 working days but Interlink aim to deliver within the timescales given at checkout once we despatch the goods. There is tracking of these packages on the order status screen which normally becomes available in the evening of the day the goods are despatched. We cannot redirect packages once in transit. Interlink are contracted to obtain a signature at the delivery address given, not necessarily the person on the documents and they may leave with neighbours. It is very important that the delivery address given at checkout will have someone available to take the package as the local depot maybe some distance from where you live. If you cannot comply with this requirement please use Royal Mail. Standard compensation will cover for loss of goods upto £100 approx.

DPD Local Terms and ConditionsSuper Saver Delivery
Standard: Super Savers are sent to the distribution hub daily and fed into the Royal Mail network weekly. Therefore, they can take upto 28 working days but we aim to deliver within the timescales given at checkout once we despatch the goods. We cannot track or redirect items once despatched. Royal Mail are contracted to deliver to the delivery address, not a specific person. Loss claims take approx 30 days (often quicker) and are filed after the 28th working day on request. Goods will be resent or refunded on completion of the loss claim. Standard compensation will cover for loss of goods upto £75 approx. Lost and Missing Super Saver Packets: It is always worth visiting your local Royal Mail sorting office if a Super Saver package is late. Over 96% of problems are resolved by doing this as 'While you were out' card are frequently not left. Lost or missing post is actually a very rare occurrence.
Super Saver Delivery Terms and Conditions
